A continuous solid corrosion resisting non-magnetic chromium-nickel-molybdenium wire for welding of stabilized and non-stabilized austenitic alloys of the same type as well as non magnetic steels. OK Autrod 316LMn can be used in combination with OK Flux 10.93 and OK Flux 10.99. The alloy is corrosion resistant in seawater environment at temperatures below 350 °C and has very good corrosion resistance to acids such as nitric acid. Excellent impact properties can be met at low temperatures.

SAW. Wire, Strip & Flux in Standard & Bulk Sizes

OK Autrod submerged arc wire, strip, and flux are available in high-volume grades and sold in larger volumes for better weld economy. Wires come in both standard spool sizes and ESAB's unqiue Marathon Pac bulk wire drum for reduced downtime, process stability, and efficient handling. OK Autrod is ideal for high-volume production, and manufactured in our Vamberk Center of Excellence in the Czech Republic.

SAW Flux that Helps You Save

Electroslag welding is similar to submerged arc strip cladding. The difference, however, is in the flux. ESW flux provides increased speed and fewer cladding layers (weld deposit), resulting in an overall lower cost of operation. Savings are in consumable costs and fewer man hours required.
