Flux BigBag Discharge Unit

The flux discharge unit is designed for automatic transfer of flux from the ESAB BigBag to a flux hopper at the point for welding.

ESAB BigBag outlet nozzle attaches directly to a fixed mounted connecting tube to avoid exposure to air. The tube is connected to an automatically controlled valve that fills the required flux pressure tank (not included) which is placed directly beneath the valve with its flexible hose.

The PLC control system will prevent the flux pressure tank to be either empty or over filled. A warning beacon with sound will pay attention to the operator when the ESAB BigBag is empty or if any system alarm is active.
