Exaton 20.5.3.L is an austenitic-ferritic stainless-steel wire designed to weld alloys such as UNS S31500 (e.g. Alleima® 3RE60). This grade is recommended for use in chloride-bearing environments where pitting and stress corrosion cracking are potential problems as it delivers superiors performance versus standard austenitic stainless steels grades.
