A2 Multitrac SAW

A2 Multitrac is a compact versatile tractor suitable for both butt and fillet welds with extremely fast change over time.

The tractor carriage is four-wheel driven which ensures a constant and accurate travelling / welding speed also in inclined positions.

The tractor carriage is equipped with a handle to disengage the clutch for quick movements of the A2 Multitrac to new positions.

Digital control panel, the well-reputed PEK allows exact pre-set and control of welding parameters.

A2 MultiTrac is a compact and versatile welding tractor designed for both butt and fillet welds in submerged arc welding applications. Its adaptable design allows for extremely fast changeover between tasks, supporting efficient production in environments where flexibility and uptime are critical.

Accurate Travel and Stable Wire Feeding

Equipped with four-wheel drive, A2 MultiTrac delivers accurate and consistent travel speed along the weld joint. The integrated feed unit ensures smooth, stable wire feeding, helping maintain consistent arc conditions and weld quality. This combination supports reliable performance across a wide range of SAW applications.

Digital Control and System Compatibility

A2 MultiTrac features a digital control panel that allows precise presetting and control of welding parameters. The system is designed for use with ESAB LAF (DC), TAF (AC), and Aristo® 1001 AC/DC welding power sources, enabling seamless integration into existing submerged arc welding setups while maintaining process accuracy and repeatability. A2 Multitrac can be equipped with WeldCloud.
