The Rogue ES is a robust and durable power source for the professional welder. The machine provides state-of-the-art welding performance and reliability through use of the latest high performance power electronics and Digital control; ensuring a precise consistent arc.The Rogue ES provide a smooth DC (Direct Current) welding power which allows you to weld a variety of metals, such as alloyed and non alloyed steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. Featuring adjust Arc Force and Hot Start settings for more control over your arc. Digital micro-processor offer more control over all arc parameters and provides best-in-class welding performance. The Rogue ES 181iP/ 181iP PRO/ 201iP PRO can be used with electrodes up to 4.0 mm and Rogue ES 151iP can tackle up to 3.2 mm electrodes.New Pulse MMA functionality enhances the performance and improves the heat input control, to minimize thin gauge materials distortion, facilitate out-of-position welding with no undercuts and reducing spatter, thus helping to effectively avoid a number of welding defects.Rogue ES can TIG weld mild-steel or stainless steel via "LIVE TIG" functionality for even more versatility.
Rogue breaks all the rules, giving entry-level welders premium accessories and everything you need to start welding, right out of the box. In fact, Rogue’s power stacks up against machines twice its price. Rogue’s new MMA Pulse functionality provides users with improved control, enhanced penetration, reduced spatter, and increased welding speed. Power Factor Control (PFC) technology allows for a highly efficient and steady arc that is resistant to power fluctuations. Break away from convention with Rogue.
Rogue’s Pulse feature provides welders with enhanced control over heat input and arc stability. The controlled pulsing action helps create a stable arc, preventing excessive spatter and minimizing the risk of weld defects or the need for post-weld cleanup. Rogue’s Pulse waveform facilitates better penetration and fusion in the welding process, which is crucial for creating strong, durable weld joints and ensuring the structural integrity of fabricated components. Pulse technology helps in minimizing the heat-affected zone, reducing the likelihood of material distortion or unforeseen metallurgical changes.
No matter where you are working, Rogue is easy to use. Rogue’s compact and lightweight design makes it easy to carry from job to job with sturdy handles and a shoulder strap. It comes with a large digital display that can be easily read from up to 25 meters away, and the optional remote control even allows you to adjust current settings without going back to the machine. Thanks to stable arc performance and weather-resistant housing, you can use long extension cables to work in even the most remote locations, all without affecting process stability and weld quality.
Pulse MMA and TIG welding are versatile techniques suitable for a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, as well as non-ferrous metals’ alloys. This versatility makes these welding methods suitable for diverse industries, from automotive manufacturing to aerospace, providing welders with flexibility. The benefits to using Rogue’s new MMA Pulse functionality extend across applications, providing easier gap bridging and better penetration in root pass processes causing stronger welds. This reduces undercut in vertical welding, provides better weld puddle control in overhead welding to better keep material in place, and reduces burnthrough and material distortion with thin gauge materials.
