ESAB, a global leader in welding technology, today announced the official launch of its new FABRICATOR EM series of industrial-grade welding power sources in Asia market. This strategic release marks a significant milestone in ESAB’s commitment to localized innovation for Asia.
The FABRICATOR EM series builds upon the proven Fabricator ES/ET hardware platform, achieving breakthroughs in reliability, smart functionality, and energy efficiency. This next-generation solution is set to deliver higher productivity and unmatched stability for heavy industrial and general manufacturing applications.
Over a two-year development cycle, ESAB R&D team conducted extensive field research to refine user-centric features. The result includes the FABRICATOR EM 410i and 510i DC welding systems, which combine ESAB’s global quality standards with cost-optimized local maintenance designs. Notably, the entire series delivers 100% duty cycle performance, meeting rigorous demands for robotic and automated continuous operation. Fabricator EM complies with European ECO directives and RoHS requirements, balancing productivity with sustainability.
