The FABRICATOR EM series builds upon the proven Fabricator ES/ET hardware platform, achieving breakthroughs in reliability, smart functionality, and energy efficiency. This next-generation solution is set to deliver higher productivity and unmatched stability for heavy industrial and general manufacturing applications.

Over a two-year development cycle, ESAB R&D team conducted extensive field research to refine user-centric features. The result includes the FABRICATOR EM 410i and 510i DC welding systems, which combine ESAB’s global quality standards with cost-optimized local maintenance designs. Notably, the entire series delivers 100% duty cycle performance, meeting rigorous demands for robotic and automated continuous operation. Fabricator EM complies with European ECO directives and RoHS requirements, balancing productivity with sustainability.

• Cost-saving innovation: Patented remote secondary current adjustment eliminates the need for wire feeder upgrades.

Integrated with a unified smart database, the series features:

• 7 wire types and hundreds of validated process curves to ensure consistent quality with minimal operator input.
• Multi-process capability: Supports MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG, and air carbon arc gouging for 0.8–1.6mm wires.
• Robotic-ready: The EM 510iR variant offers optional arc tracking and touch sensing, paired with the RoboFeed 3604R (24m/min wire speed) for automated precision.

Digital Transformation with E-Cloud

The series pioneers smart factory integration:

• NFC access control enables multi-tiered user permissions.
• E-Cloud platform provides remote monitoring, weld program management, and production analytics via flexible connectivity options, including secure private deployment.
