Large Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

ESAB, the industry leader in plasma and oxyfuel cutting, has been dedicated to the leading laser manufacturing, and has strong capability in producing the large plate laser cutting machine.

The working width of a large metal sheet can be customized according to requirements, without limitation on the working length theoretically. The machine is equipped with a specially designed laser resonator that can move along the machine‘s longitudinal axis. Horizontally, a guided fiber transmits the laser beam onto the workpiece. This design feature avoids beam divergence along the vertical axis and ensures consistent laser intensity and cutting quality throughout the entire working space.

Like all ESAB cutting machines, the fiber laser cutting machine can be fully controlled and automated through ESAB Vision CNC controller. All laser parameters such as power, frequency, piercing routines, gas pressure, and cutting height are automatically set by the CNC. The Vision CNC also controls the adaptive optical system with auto focus, ensuring consistent beam quality at all times.
