Oxy-Fuel Gas Welding Nozzles
Swaged and Lightweight nozzles are manufactured from high grade tellurium copper. ESAB's unique mandrel swaging process produces smooth, accurate gas passages which in turn control the precise flame shape. These nozzles provide the optimum conditions for oxy-acetylene welding.

ANM & ANME (extended length) Nozzles
ANM Series nozzles are manufactured from high grade tellurium copper. They are of solid, one piece construction, mandrel swaged to create the optimum flame conditions. ESAB’s unique mandrel swaging process produces smooth, accurate gas passages providing the best conditions for high velocity acetylene gas delivering enhanced stability and efficiency. The seats are “diamond” turned to guarantee the required “metal to metal” seating required for backfire resistance.

Oxy-Fuel Gas Process Nozzles
To enhance the capability of the range of blowpipe capabilities ESAB includes a series of Process Nozzles in the range. Manufactured to the same high standards using high grade tellurium copper where appropriate. These nozzles provide for much extended versatility to oxy-fuel gas processes.
