North Bethesda, Md. – ESAB’s new Warrior™ Multiple Operator Rack Systems, featured in booth #S29025 at FABTECH 2026 in Las Vegas, combine four or six Warrior 400i MV or Warrior 500i CC/CV multi-process welding power sources in a heavy-duty frame with an integrated electrical distribution panel. Rather than making separate primary power connections for multiple individual welding machines, users make one connection to the electrical panel on the rack, which then distributes power to the welders. The narrow design fits through standard a doorway without interference, and the optional industrial caster wheel kit provides mobility. For greater productivity when wire welding with long cables between the rack and wire feeder, ESAB’s ECHO technology enables operators to adjust voltage and wire feed speed directly at the feeder.
“Warrior Multiple Operator Rack Systems give users one primary power connection and one rugged, compact package that can support four or six operators. They are a simpler, more cost-effective way to deploy, connect and relocate welding equipment, as well as to enhance safety and reduce cable clutter,” says Jeff Chittim, North America Senior Product Manager, ESAB.
Designed for construction, power generation, pressure vessel, ship/barge building and large job sites, Warrior Multiple Operator Rack Systems feature a rugged frame and roof designed to protect equipment. Integrated lifting provisions enable the complete system to be moved by crane or forklift, helping crews reposition welding capacity as work progresses.
The compact design consolidates multiple welding power sources into a relatively small footprint. The four-pack measures 42.25 x 29.75 x 60.5 in. (1,010 lbs. with machines), while the six-pack measures 56.25 x 29.75 x 60.5 in. (1,560 lbs. with machines). The electrical panel uses hardwired components and circuit breakers, eliminating fuses that need to be replaced and reducing the number of components for easier maintenance. The racks are available in 230V, 460V or 575V 3ph options. Rack-only configurations are also available for customers with existing Warrior power sources.
The Warrior 400i MV and Warrior 500i CC/CV are proven multi-process inverter power sources for heavy-duty productivity in harsh environments. They deliver nameplate outputs of 400 and 500 amps at 60% duty cycle for MIG, flux cored, Stick, TIG and carbon arc gouging. For MIG and flux cored welding, pair Warrior 400i and 500i power sources with the ESAB RobustFeed® Pro or RobustFeed AVS. They are the only feeders on the market with an IP54 weatherproof rating, sealed wire-feed compartment and impact-resistant double-wall construction.
For the large jobsites, consider ESAB Warrior welders with ECHO technology and the RobustFeed AVS ECHO voltage-sensing wire feeder, which enables operators to adjust voltage as well as wire feed speed directly at the feeder without requiring a separate communication/control cable to the power source. The technology uses the weld cables to transmit voltage data between the feeder and Warrior power sources equipped for ECHO. It compensates for voltage drop for up to 600 ft. of welding circuit. This can be especially valuable when operators are welding at significant distances from the rack because it eliminates trips back to the power source to change voltage settings, helping improve productivity and reduce unnecessary movement around the jobsite.
