With a full range of process tool options, Suprarex™ PRO is the ideal choice for productive, heavy-duty cutting across large working areas.Suprarex™ PRO’s heavy-duty large gantry design easily accommodates a wide variety of cutting tools, including multiple bevel stations, up to 4 plasma stations, up to 12 oxy-fuel torch stations, marking and labelling tools, and even a drilling station with automatic tool changer.Plasma CuttingThe Suprarex™ PRO can be equipped with up to four iSeries precision plasma cutting systems for high-speed, high-accuracy CNC metal plate cutting, capable of cutting and marking with the same torch. iSeries systems are available in 200 to 800 Amp configurations.Oxy-Fuel CuttingThe Suprarex PRO™ can be equipped with up to 12 oxy-fuel torch cutting stations, utilizing either the CoolJet PRO or SmartJet oxy-fuel torches for heavy-duty thick plate cutting, with fully automatic gas control and a built-in process database.Plasma BevelingThe Suprarex PRO™ can be equipped with up to two DMX Automated Plasma Bevellers, featuring compound motion and ESAB’s SmartBevel Technology for precision weld preparation and high productivity with reliable beveling.Oxy-Fuel BevelingMultiple oxy-fuel beveling options are available on the Suprarex™ PRO, including the fully automated Infinite Rotating - Variable Bevel Angle unit (IR-VBA), widely used in tank, bridge, wind tower, and ship manufacturing.DrillingThe Suprarex™ PRO can be equipped with the Drill System 307, for automated drilling, threading, and counter-boring operations in steel plate fabrication, with a 7-tool automatic changer for fast tool changes without moving the spindle.
