The Aristo® Edge RT PushPull and PushPull HW torch systems are engineered specifically for ESAB’s Aristo Edge robotic system, delivering seamless plug-and-play integration without the need for external synchronization. Whether you’re working with a standard-arm or hollow-wrist robot, the system auto-recognizes and cable configurations for immediate setup, reducing installation time and complexity on the floor.
Flawless Wire Feed, Every Time
With high-torque motors and precision gearboxes, these torches maintain ultra-consistent wire feed speeds even when handling soft wires like aluminum or AlSi alloys. Fully synchronized push-pull technology eliminates bird-nesting and wire deformation, ensuring smooth, stable arc performance across every weld. The system supports aluminum, steel, and stainless wire from 0.8 to 1.6 mm (0.030 - 1/16 in.).
