ESAB took center stage at FABTECH 2023, North America's leading event for metal forming, fabricating, welding, and finishing, held in Chicago from September 11 to 14. Our experts unveiled cutting-edge insights, revolutionary solutions, and offered hands-on demonstrations.

• Renegade™ VOLT™ ES 200i Stick/TIG Welding System: This system, powered by DEWALT^® FLEXVOLT^® batteries, offers exceptional convenience. It can weld up to 30 Stick electrodes or perform TIG welding for 50 minutes on a single battery charge, connecting to 120/230V AC primary power.
• ESAB Cobot: Simplifies welding processes with easy teaching via a smartphone or tablet app. Now available in a new 5- x 10-ft. table and an extended reach variant.

• Next-generation Warrior^® Edge 500 CX and RobustFeed Edge CX: Offers synergic control, quick job buttons, RFID operator management, and TrueFlow digital gas control technology for superior welding results.
• InduSuite’s WeldCloud Assembly: Combines WeldCloud Notes with weld session data from WeldCloud Productivity, enhancing efficiency and traceability.
• Octopuz Offline Robotic Programming: Empowers users to navigate software, robots, end-of-arm tooling, and robot cell machinery, enhancing robotic programming capabilities.
• New ESAB Rogue EM Lineup: Introducing Rogue EM 125, Rogue EM 140 and Rogue EM 190 PRO. Rogue EM 190 PRO features a 5-inch TFT LCD display and synergic control.
• Rebel™ EMP 205ic AC/DC for TIG Aluminum Welding: Now with a water-cooled package for higher amperage welding without increasing tungsten or torch size, preventing overheating during extended welds.
• Thermal Dynamics^® Cutmaster^® 50+: A powerful manual plasma cutter for 5/8-inch steel, equipped with enhanced cutting capabilities compared to Cutmaster 30+.
• Warrior lineup 300i, 400i, 500i, 750i: These battle-proven multi-process welders excel in carbon steel applications, offering proficiency in various welding techniques. These user-friendly machines are ideal for both newcomers and experienced welders.

Welding and Cutting Automation Highlights

• Combirex Pro: Enhanced automated cutting system with dual linear rails, crane rails on H-beams, and a redesigned side carriage for efficiency. The Combirex Pro is now capable of efficiently cutting a 10-ft. (3m) plate, even when equipped with a DMX Beveler and a water table.
• Intuitive CNC Control: Vision T6™ CNC controller reduces the learning curve, complementing ESAB's Columbus™ CAD/CAM.
• High-Precision Plasma Power: Thermal Dynamics Automation's UC Series offers versatility for mild steel piercing.
• Swift-Cut Pro CNC Plasma Cutting: Delivers rapid, cost-effective precision cutting with user-friendly software.
• Orbital TIG: The M217 and M317 orbital TIG welders by Arc Machines Inc. simplify automated welding.
